Trade finance
We raise the money for a specific shipment, secured against a buyer who has already committed to take it. Never against an open book.
Sourcing and sales
We buy stock where it is grown or made, and sell it into the markets that are short of it.
Deal structuring
We check that both sides are who they say they are, and write terms that still work on the second shipment, not just the first.
Costing and paperwork
We work out what a trade really costs by the time it lands, run the background checks, and prepare the documents that travel with the cargo.
A market is never one market.
The same tonne can be cheap and plentiful in one country and impossible to get in the next. Our work is to spot where that gap sits, and to put together the deal that closes it.
Geography
A surplus can sit one border away from a buyer who cannot reach it, stranded by transport, permits or trade rules.
Timing
Harvest, storage and shipping seasons decide when a buyer and a seller can actually meet. Timing is often the whole margin.
Settlement
Exchange rates, payment terms and the cost of holding stock decide whether a trade is worth doing at all.
Counterparty risk
Available volume only becomes a real deal when there is a buyer at the other end who can genuinely pay.
What we are worth is the relationships behind a deal: counterparties we have checked, funders who understand physical goods rather than just paper, and terms that survive contact with a real shipment. We keep the book small on purpose, so that every deal gets proper attention.

Funders
We finance one transaction at a time, always against a buyer who is already committed, never against an open book. Full deal files are shared under NDA.
